KVKK Information Notice

1. Data Controller

This clarification text has been prepared by ÜÇASLAR A.Ş. acting in the capacity of data controller, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Our company will process personal data such as name, surname, and e-mail—which are submitted only via contact forms or e-mail through the website www.ucaslarstore.com—in accordance with the law and the rule of honesty, for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes, and in a limited and measured manner, in order to:

· Evaluate and respond to incoming requests.

· Provide communication, business development, marketing, and advertising activities.

· Promotion.

· Provide information about company activities.

Apart from these, your personal data may be processed for purposes such as fulfilling our obligations prescribed by law and regulations.

3. Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Grounds

This data is processed based on the legal grounds of "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" and "data processing being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" within the scope of KVKK.
